Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scape-survival. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Due to the global pandemic, order processing can take up to 3-5 business days, in addition to the shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Thank you for your patience.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please understand that the prices varies according to the shipment weight and location.

Disclaimer: There is a well known case when the tracking info states that the product has been delivered, but the customer has not received anything yet. Since the global pandemic affected most postal services in most countries, most shipping problems occur after the product was delivered to the local post office, and this is something that we are not responsible of. If you choose standard shipping, you will not be covered for that matter and we will not provide with any refund., but we wanted to give you this option. If you chose this option, you are the one who should take care of that matter. If you chose one of our insured shipping methods, you will be covered in any case.

 

12 to 15 is an average estimation. Most of the time, shipping is faster due to our exceptional efforts, even in those hard times.

To reward good customers, shipping is Free for orders above $79 and insured in any case.

 


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Scape-survival ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be sent to you a few business days after the order has been placed. Shipping tracking can be frustrating sometimes and we totally relate to that. This is why you will receive many updates to your email / phone number during the whole shipping period.

If we detect an anomaly in the shipping of your product, we will contact you.

We take that matter very seriously and want you to have the best experience with us. If in any case you have a concern, please contact us at support@scape-survival.com and we will do the maximum to help you with your demand. Communication is the key and we won’t let you go until you’re satisfied.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Scape-survival is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Although we are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we still want you to be satisfied with us. If a product is lost or arrived damaged, we will not over complicate the matter and will provide you with a full refund, plus a %50 discount if you still want to purchase from us.

Your satisfaction after a bad experience with our website is worth more than the money we can make on a purchase.

 

Please provide pictures of the damaged good and we will proceed for the refund.
